NEMSCHICK - David M. of Medford, NY died on December 3, 2012. Beloved husband of Mary (Carol) of 59 years. Devoted father of two sons and five daughters. Also survived by four brothers, one sister, twelve grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Visiting Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Rd, Medford, NY. Funeral Friday 10:30 AM from the Funeral Home. Interment Holy Sepuchre Cemetery. |
Copied from MCA Newsletter- January 2013, From The Editor: I received the following email from Dave Nemschick's daughter, Karen Nemschick Beckham: “I wanted to let Missouri Checker Association know that David M. Nemschick passed away December 3, 2012. In my 50 years with my dad I only beat him once at checkers. It was a game in which he loved and will always be remembered by.” I know Dave often sent in solutions to the problems, in the newsletter and he sent a poem, “Emmanuel” which we published in the January 2010 newsletter.
